At Digital Vision Enhancement Inc. (DVE), creators of ColorPhi, we are committed to developing software and experiences that enhance accessibility for individuals with Color Vision Deficiency (CVD) and color blindness. Our mission extends beyond technology to include research and community engagement aimed at supporting the colorblind community.
Our website, ColorPhi.com, and associated community portals are designed with accessibility in mind, adhering to WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Features such as large fonts and responsive design ensure an optimal experience across multiple devices. Additionally, our design incorporates sufficient color contrast to make content accessible to users with low vision or color blindness.
ColorPhi is currently in a pre-production stage, and while we are working hard to create the best experience, some applications may not yet be optimized for all vision disabilities and conditions. We are collaborating with the open community to refine our technology and ensure it meets the needs of as many users as possible.
ColorPhi applications may include color animations, which could pose challenges for certain vision conditions, including photosensitivity. We recommend users sensitive to flashing or animated visuals exercise caution when using the application.
We use third-party tools on our websites and portals, and our community partners build experiences and applications using ColorPhi™, which may not always adhere to accessibility standards. If you find issues on our platforms or experience challenges related to third-party tools, please let us know, and we will work together to find a solution.
